Stephen Navin to chair GRD panel at midem

The MPA's Stephen Navin will chair a panel as part of ICMP's International Publishing Summit, taking place at midem in January.

The session, Towards the Global Repertoire Database, looks at the rapidly changing technological environment in which we find ourselves, in order to identify and solve problems in online licensing.

In the short term, there are new business models in place, and indeed under continuous development, that orchestrate direct and collective rights management of licensing. In the longer term, there is the Global Repertoire Database.”

Joining the discussion will be Ralph Peer, Jane Dyball, Sami Valkonen, Jez Bell and Michel Allain.

The session takes place at 1130 on Tuesday 31 January in Ideas Hothouse Level 01.
