Intellectual Property Rights Primer for 5 high-growth markets
UK Trade & Investment in conjunction with the UK Intellectual Property Office has recently produced a set of guides covering Intellectual Property (IP) issues for five high-growth markets – Brazil, China, India, South Korea and Vietnam.
This series of guides has been published to help British companies operating in major markets around the world where they are likely to face problems in obtaining, protecting and enforcing their IP rights.
A company's intellectual property portfolio may be its most valuable asset. The guides examine the basic principles of intellectual property and rights, discuss the European and global dimensions; before dealing with specific country environments and practices.
