- The MPA negotiates various guidelines, standard form licences, schemes and agreements, saving our members time and money.
- Template contracts are available exclusively to MPA members.
- MPA members can take advantage of a free half hour financial advice session with a leading firm of chartered accountants.
- The MPA actively protects copyright, through our contribution to industry-wide initiatives, and by acting against individual websites offering unlicensed sheet music, tablature and lyrics.
- The MPA Catalogue of Printed Music promotes sales of sheet music, providing up to the minute information to publishers, retailers and the
general public. - The MPA is the UK agency for ISMNs, a unique numbering system for printed music equivalent to ISBNs for books.
- The Printed Music Section of the Music Industries Association Awards is administered by the MPA.
- Need a meeting space in central London? The MPA Boardroom and a smaller meeting room (both wi-fi equipped) are available for members to use.
- MPA members can advertise job vacancies free of charge on the MPA’s website.
- Members receive discounted subscriptions on a range of publications including Billboard, Record of the Day, Classical Music and more.
- The MPA negotiates group discounts on behalf of its members with service providers such as the Official Charts Company and Nielsen Music Control.
- Liaison meetings are arranged between MPA members and service providers such as Counterpoint.
